Price computation instructions:
- Using the lower table or the map, determine the correct zone based on the sender's post code. For example: Sender post code SW1 1AA – Zone 1. If your post code is not listed, please contact us to make special arrangements.
- Determine the unit price according to the zone and the weight of your shipment using the upper table.
- To compute the price, multiply the unit price by the weight. Note: We charge the minimum price shown in the table for each zone.

Note:
* If your shipment is in a suitcase or travel bag you will be charged a fee of £5 per piece for plastic film packaging. For that reason, we recommend packing your shipment in cardboard boxes.
** The weight of individual parcels packed directly by the customer must not exceed 30kg. This measure was introduced to protect the health of our staff. A surcharge of £10 will be applied to each package weighing more than 30kg. This fee does not apply to packages in original manufacturer packaging, where the customer cannot affect the weight of the package.
*** The fee for packing other atypical items will be established specially upon picking up the shipment.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
The number of pieces your shipment consists of does not affect the price. The price is calculated based on the total weight of all pieces.
Bear in mind that EVERY shipment must be packed, either directly by the customer or at our warehouse by our staff.
If upon picking up the shipment our driver determines that it is insufficiently packed and the customer refuses to pay the repacking fee, the shipment may be refused or the customer may be required to sign a waiver indicating they are aware of the insufficient packaging and absolving us of liability for damages to such inadequately packed shipment.
If you are unable to obtain boxes yourself, our driver can sell them to you when picking up your shipment. However, we need to be informed of this in advance. All of our drivers always have boxes of the dimensions shown above in their vehicles. If you need different dimensions, we need to be informed at last 10 days in advance.
We do not ship motorcycles or scooters.
